Weil advised GHK Capital Partners LP in its acquisition of Rogers Building Solutions (RBS). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

GHK's investment in RBS will enable the company to accelerate the expansion of its footprint and service offering, strategically pursue inorganic growth opportunities across a fragmented market landscape and enhance its value proposition.
