Biography
Mario Kuhn is an Associate in the Corporate department of the Frankfurt office. His practice concentrates on cross-border private equity and M&A transactions. In addition, Mario has a special focus on the data privacy/GDPR-related aspects of such transactions as well as of internal and administrative investigations.
Mario studied law at the University of Heidelberg (law degree 2016) and Aberdeen. He completed his legal traineeship in Stuttgart working in the Corporate team of a leading German law firm. He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2020.
Mario is fluent in German and English.
