Weil has advised PX3 Partners (“PX3”), the London-headquartered private equity firm, on the final close of its inaugural PX3 Partners Fund I at its hard cap of €500 million. The successful conclusion of the fundraise brings PX3 Partners’ total assets under management to €1.1 billion.
PX3 Partners Fund I received commitments from a broad and diverse group of institutional investors globally, spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. PX3 invests behind transformative themes and targets companies operating within select segments of the business services, consumer & leisure, and industrials sectors with strong business fundamentals.
The team was led by Private Funds partner James Bromley, and included counsel Nick Roxburgh, associates Bernard Mustafa, Logan Pugh and Ornella Martinez, paralegal Adam Selvy and Solicitor Apprentice Isaac Lonsdale; Private Funds Regulatory partner Marc Schubert and associate Kate Bystryk; Private Funds Tax partners Aron Joy, Andrew Morris and associate Jack O'Donohue.
This successful closing is the most recent in a series of high-profile new fund and product launches for Weil’s London Private Funds Group. The London group, led by partners James Bromley and James Sargent, has advised clients on over $12.5 billion of closed capital in the emerging manager and strategies space in the last 24 months alone.
