Weil’s Litigation Department secured another year of top honors in the 2023 edition of Benchmark Litigation, and was again listed as a “Top 20 Trial Law Firm.”

The Firm received Tier 1 National ratings for its Antitrust, Bankruptcy, Commercial, Intellectual Property, Product Liability and Securities practices.  Weil’s New York litigation team was “Highly Recommended,” and its California and Florida litigation teams were also recognized.

On an individual basis, Benchmark Litigation distinguished 18 Weil attorneys as “Litigation Stars,” and seven as “Future Stars.” David Lender, Jonathan Polkes and Diane Sullivan were again named as “Top 100 Trial Lawyers,” a list of elite partners “who have been venerated by peers and clients as being the best in breed at the nuanced practice of trial law.”    

Benchmark Litigation’s rankings and analysis follow a six-month research period, which includes an analysis of recent casework as well as interviews with the nation’s leading private practice lawyers and in-house counsel. The publication focuses exclusively on the U.S. litigation market.
