Weil Business Finance & Restructuring partner Marcia Goldstein, Litigation partner Diane Sullivan and Patent Litigation and Life Sciences practices Co-Head Elizabeth Weiswasser were recently named to Benchmark Litigation’s Top 250 Women in Litigation 2020. The annual list recognizes leading female litigators that have distinguished themselves by “participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history as well as by earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients.”

In addition, Diane Sullivan was selected to the Top 10 Women in Litigation in the U.S. The separate list recognizes the “best-in-class” attorneys whose expertise, achievements and reputation place them among the nation’s foremost litigators.

The honorees were chosen through a 12-month research process, which encompassed a review of the individual litigators’ recent case work as well as client and peer feedback. Benchmark Litigation covers the litigation and disputes market in the United States, Canada and Latin America.
