Biography
Amelie Marie Zabel is an Associate in the Corporate department of the Munich office. Her practice concentrates on cross-border private equity and M&A transactions.
Amelie studied law at the University of Goettingen (law degree 2017) and the Universitat de València. She completed her legal clerkship in Goettingen as well as at the German Embassy in Washington, D.C. She was admitted to practice in Germany in October 2020.
Amelie is fluent in German and English and has a good knowledge of French and Spanish.
