Weil has been shortlisted for four honors at The Deal Awards 2022 for its accomplishments in major M&A transactions and complex restructurings.

The awards recognize the most significant deals of the year across an array of sectors and categories, and highlight the firms and individuals at the forefront of the industry.

Weil was shortlisted for the following Firm and Individual awards:

• The Deal’s Impact Dealmaker Award 2022 – Michael J. Aiello
• Debtor Counsel of the Year – Law Firm
• Debtor Counsel of the Year – Lawyer: Matt Barr
