Litigation partner Diane Sullivan and Litigation Department Co-Chair and Patent Litigation and Life Sciences practices Co-Head Elizabeth Weiswasser have been named to Benchmark Litigation’s Top 250 Women in Litigation 2022. The annual list recognizes leading female litigators that have distinguished themselves by “participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history as well as by earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients.” Both partners have received the recognition numerous times in their careers.

In addition, Diane Sullivan was again named to the Top 10 Women in Litigation in the U.S. The top 10 list recognizes “a separate but elite group of 10 leading women litigators who have been nominated specifically for their trial acumen.”

The honorees were selected based on an extensive research process, which included a review of the individual litigators’ recent case work as well as client and peer feedback. Benchmark Litigation covers the litigation and disputes market in the United States, Canada and Latin America.
