Weil acted as counsel to Mr. Rick Yan, CEO of 51job, Inc., and co-counsel to a consortium that includes Mr. Rick Yan, Recruit Holdings, DCP Capital Partners and Ocean Link Partners in this landmark transaction. Founded in 1998, 51job is China’s leading provider of integrated human resource services, including recruitment, retention and career development.

The Weil team members involved in the M&A and financing aspects of the transaction include Hong Kong partner Chris Welty, counsel Kevin Yao and Graham Price, and associates Max Chu, Qi Zhang and Isolde Tsukabayashi.
