Weil is advising Warburg Pincus, a leading global private equity investor with $85 billion AUM, in its $300 million strategic investment partnership with Madison International Realty, a leading real estate secondaries firm.

The investment from Warburg Pincus, through its $4 billion Warburg Pincus Capital Solutions Founders Fund, creates a dedicated vehicle for the two firms to partner and transact in the real estate secondaries market. 

The Weil team is led by Hybrid Capital partner Timothy Burns and includes Private Equity associate Dylan Hans; Real Estate Co-Head Thomas Henry, partner Jessica Pillai and associate Gillian Burke; Private Funds partner Lana Castor and counsel Benjamin Anderson; and Tax partner Hillel Jacobson and associate Sidney Chiang.
