Weil has advised KLAR Partners Ltd (“KLAR”) on their investment as a growth partner in Ventro Group (“Ventro”), a leading provider of building safety and compliance services. With KLAR’s support, Ventro Group aims to accelerate its growth and become the leading full-service safety and compliance partner to building owners and operators.
Ventro Group delivers essential building safety and compliance services to housing associations, public sector bodies, and commercial clients. Services include the installation and maintenance of passive and active fire safety systems as well as surveying, inspection, and consultancy services. The group supports clients in meeting their legal obligations and protecting occupants in line with evolving UK building safety regulations. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
