Weil Advises Cobham Ultra Group on the $1.55B Sale of Ultra PCS to Eaton

Weil has advised the Cobham Ultra Group on the signing of an agreement to sell Ultra PCS to Eaton Corporation. Under the terms of the agreement, Eaton will pay $1.55 billion for Ultra PCS. The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the first half of 2026.  

Headquartered in the UK and with operations in the UK and US, Ultra PCS produces electronic controls, sensing, stores ejection and data processing solutions for global aerospace customers in the air and on the ground.
