Weil is advising Advent International on the sale of part of its shareholding in InPost Group, representing 15% of the Group’s total share capital, to PPF Group, a privately-held international investment company. As part of the terms of the transaction, PPF also has an option to acquire a further 15% of InPost.

Previously Weil has advised on the Euronext Amsterdam listing of InPost in January 2021, which was at that time the largest ever tech IPO in Europe.
