Weil Advised Catalina in its Sale of NCSolutions to Circana

Weil advised Catalina Marketing Corporation Inc. (a portfolio company of Mudrick Capital), a provider of personalized and measurable digital media campaigns that connect shoppers to consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands and retailers, in its sale of NCSolutions, a joint venture between Nielsen and Catalina that improves advertising effectiveness, to Circana, an advisor on the complexity of consumer behavior.
