Evangeline Charles is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Evangeline participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Evangeline received her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she was Forum Editor of the Cornell International Law Journal, and her B.B.M., First Class with Distinction, from Bangalore University.
