International law firm Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP announced today that Yannick Piette will join the Firm as a partner in the Paris office.  Yannick Piette is renowned for his expertise in domestic and cross-border M&A, public takeovers, corporate governance and capital markets transactions.  For more than a decade, Yannick Piette has advised listed corporations and other large industrial groups in M&A transactions, both public and private, as well as in capital markets transactions.
