Weil Corporate partner David Avery-Gee in the London office and Banking & Finance partner Olivier Jauffret in the Paris office have been named as Top 10 Lawyers for Private Equity/M&A and Finance, respectively, in EMEA in 2021, a ranking of the region’s top legal dealmakers by aggregate value of announced deals in 2021. The ranking appeared in a Financial News article, which cited MergerLinks data.

Last year, David Avery-Gee was listed as being involved in transactions in EMEA totaling more than £16 billion, and Olivier Jauffret advised on deals totaling more than £12 billion.
