Biography
Shu Qin Low is an associate in the Banking & Finance group in the London office of Weil. Shu Qin has advised financial institutions, corporates, banks and sponsors on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance transactions, corporate lending and borrowing as well as debt restructurings and refinancings.
Prior to joining Weil, Shu Qin trained at a leading Magic Circle law firm in London.
