Biography
Pauline Tachi Duprat is an associate based in the Paris office. Her practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. She joined the Firm in 2021.
Pauline graduated from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne where she received a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (Master 2 - Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) in 2018. She also attended University College Dublin Sutherland School of Law for a year in 2016.
Pauline is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English.
