Jordan is an associate in the Structured Finance & Derivatives team in London. He advises on a range of structured finance and securitisation transactions across different asset classes.
Jordan has also completed a nine month client secondment to the structured finance legal team at Deutsche Bank and a seven month client secondment to the CLO legal team at Bank of America.
Representative experience as part of a team includes advising:
- Leading global collateral managers and arrangers on structured warehouse finance arrangements and CLO transactions
- Major financial institutions on public and private ABS transactions, including RMBS, SME ABS and Consumer ABS
- A global investment manager on a forward flow mortgage purchase programme
