Henri Mazeau is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Corporate Department. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He joined the Firm in 2020.
Henri graduated from ESCP Europe Business School in 2017 and received a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (Master 2 – Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University in 2018.
Henri is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English and Spanish.
