Biography
Carol Jia is an associate in the Corporate Department of the Firm’s Shanghai office. Her practice mainly covers cross-border M&A, private equity, and corporate law in mainland China. She regularly advises on foreign investment in China and outbound transactions, including the acquisition of private and public entities and partnership arrangements.
Carol is a native Chinese speaker and is fluent in English.
