Weil represented Advent International in connection with its investment in LBS Group, a leading pest control operation (PCO) and hygiene solutions provider in Greater China. The transaction was announced on February 23, 2023.

Founded in 1998, LBS Group is a major player in the PCO industry which offers integrated pest control management, hygiene services, Sani-Mist germicidal treatment and grease remedial services for global F&B customers, retailers, offices, hotels, and industrial and household customers. LBS Group operates in more than 30 cities across Greater China and Southeast Asia.

This transaction plays to Advent’s strong track record in Asia and its commitment to supporting industry-leading and innovative businesses in China.

The Weil team was led by China Private Equity partner Charles Ching and included Kenny Yu, Carol Jia and Jerry Shen, with support from U.S. partners Noah Beck and associate Grant Solomon.
