Amanda received her J.D., magna cum laude, from St John’s University School of Law, where she was Associate Managing Editor for the St. John’s Law Review and was a St. Thomas More Scholar. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Albany.

Last week, Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Glass Lewis launched their Annual Benchmark Policy Surveys (available here and here) to help inform potential changes to their voting policies for the 2025 proxy season. The ISS policy survey addresses poison pills, climate change and executive compensation topics.
