
Adam counsels clients through all stages of litigation, including trial and appeal. His practice spans several industries, including the food and beverage, technology, media, entertainment, and consumer products sectors. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Before joining Weil, Adam served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard G. Taranto on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and worked at another global law firm. In technical cases, Adam draws on his prior experience at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where he was part of a research team dedicated to enhancing novel methods to track fast-moving near-Earth asteroids.

- Representing a leading manufacturer of mineral-core-orientation devices before a federal administrative body;
- Representing a group of business leaders in support of a global entertainment client challenging retaliatory state action on First Amendment grounds in U.S. district court;
- Representing a non-governmental organization in a breach of contract action; and
- Counseling a disability-focused non-profit on compliance with New York state law and regulations.

- Representing a developer of groundbreaking antibody cancer-treatment methods in federal appellate litigation;
- Representing a leading dental apparatus and software provider in federal appellate litigation and before a federal administrative body;
- Representing a non-profit as amicus in support of the United States in Bondi v. VanDerStok before the U.S. Supreme Court;
- Representing a public-policy think tank as amicus in support of an incarcerated person before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit;
- Representing an indigent defendant in capital habeas proceedings before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama;
- Representing a terminated civil servant in a whistleblower appeal before the Merit Systems Protection Board; and

Adam earned his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was Managing Editor of The Georgetown Law Journal. During law school, Adam interned for the Honorable Kathleen M. O’Malley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and for the Honorable Randolph D. Moss of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He received his B.A. in physics, with a concentration in astrophysics, from Pomona College, where he chaired the college’s student-run judicial and disciplinary system.
