Weil’s industry rankings continue to demonstrate the Firm’s longstanding market leading position in private equity, with Weil’s Private Equity practice in Shanghai and Hong Kong achieving a Tier 1 ranking by IFLR1000 Asia-Pacific for the 13th and 10th year in a row respectively. Weil’s M&A, Banking and Leveraged Finance and Restructuring and Insolvency practices were likewise highly recognized.

As a testament to our deep bench of expertise in Asia, a majority of Weil’s Asia partners and counsel were recognized as Highly Regarded or Rising Star lawyers in our pillar practice areas.
