Weil was again ranked among the “Best Places to Work” for members of the LGBTQ+ community, with a 100% rating on the 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI). The Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s CEI is a national benchmarking tool that measures corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees.
The CEI evaluates businesses LGBTQ+-related policies and practices across criteria, including non-discrimination policies across business entities, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, supporting an inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility. Weil’s diversity and inclusion efforts have fulfilled all of the CEI’s criteria, thereby earning a 100% rating and the designation of a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality.”
