Weil is advising The Energy & Minerals Group (EMG) in the sale of its portfolio company Traverse Midstream Partners, LLC to E Point Zero Holding RSC LTD in a deal valued at $2.25 billion.

Traverse Midstream Partners holds a portfolio of high quality non-operated midstream assets. Traverse owns strategic minority stakes in Rover Pipeline LLC and Ohio River System LLC.

The Weil team is led by Private Equity partner Omar Samji and includes Private Equity associates Humzah Yazdani and Matthew Kim; Tax partner Steven Lorch and associate Manpreet Kaur (Not Yet Admitted in New York); Antitrust counsel Carla Hine; and Regulatory Transactions Head Shawn Cooley and associate Colin Cox.
