Weil Advises Schaltbau Holding AG, a Portfolio Company of The Carlyle Group, in its Sale of Bode Group to Waterland Private Equity

An international Weil team led by Private Equity partners Sebastian Pauls and Andreas Holzgreve is advising Schaltbau Holding AG, a leading international provider of systems and components for the transportation technology and capital goods industries, in the sale of Bode Group to Waterland Private Equity. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory clearances.

The transaction is part of Schaltbau’s development strategy to sharpen the group’s focus on its core business. Weil supported Schaltbau comprehensively in all legal aspects of the sale. The transaction adds to Weil Germany’s track record in infrastructure and mobility matters and underscores its strong positioning in this vital sector.
