Andreas Holzgreve

Andreas has extensive experience in advising financial investors and corporate clients on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, including carve-outs and joint ventures. He also advises on general corporate law.

Prior to joining Weil, he practiced at another major international law firm.

Andreas studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich (first state exam, 2015) and University Pantheon-Assas Paris II (maîtrise en droit, 2013). He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Munich (second state exam, 2019). He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2019.

Andreas is fluent in German, English and French.
