Biography
Ramona Fehringer is an associate in the Litigation practice of the Munich office. Her practice focuses on Complex Commercial Litigation.
Since joining Weil, Ramona has advised:
- Lone Star Funds on the €4 billion acquisition of ContiTech, a provider of specialized rubber and thermoplastic products and systems, from Continental AG
- Schaltbau Holding AG, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, in its sale of Bode Group to Waterland Private Equity
- TI Automotive on the successful transformation and sale of its plastic injection molding business in Mühlacker, Germany
Ramona studied law at the University of Heidelberg (law degree in 2018) and the University of Edinburg (LL.M. in 2019). She completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court Heidelberg (2021). She was admitted to practice in Germany in 2025.
Ramona is fluent in German and English.
