Biography
Ramona Fehringer is an associate in the Litigation department of the Munich office. Her practice focuses on Complex Commercial Litigation.
Ramona studied law at the University of Heidelberg (law degree in 2018) and the University of Edinburg (LL.M. in 2019). She completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court Heidelberg (2021). She was admitted to practice in Germany in 2025.
Since joining Weil, Ramona's experience includes advising:
- Lone Star Funds on the €4 billion acquisition of ContiTech, a provider of specialized rubber and thermoplastic products and systems, from Continental AG
Ramona is fluent in German and English.
