Biography
Christopher Maier is an associate in the Corporate department of our Munich office. He advises financial sponsors and strategic investors on cross-border and domestic private equity and M&A transactions, as well as on general corporate law matters.
Christopher studied law at the University of Bayreuth (law degree 2020) and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Stuttgart (2022). He earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley (2024) and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from the University of Hagen (2023). He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2024.
Christopher is fluent in German and English.
