Weil’s German offices provided comprehensive legal advice to Greenpeak and atania in the merger with LKC Group (LKC). The addition of LKC to the atania platform is subject to regulatory approvals.

With the addition of LKC, atania wins of one the leading players in the South German market for tax advisory and audit services. LKC was founded in Munich more than 30 years ago by Nicolas Kemper, Dr. Stefan Berz and Dr. Franz-Stephan von Gronau and has since grown dynamically – in particular through strategic acquisitions and the successful integration of established professional service firms – to become one of the leading groups in the industry. Today, LKC advises a broad portfolio of about 25,000 clients with around 700 employees in more than 30 locations in Germany.
