Biography
Maximilian Kuchernig is an associate in the Corporate department of our Munich office. He focuses on advising corporations and financial investors on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.
Prior to joining Weil, he worked as a lawyer in a major international law firm.

He studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich (law degree 2018) and earned his doctorate from the University of Marburg (2023). During his legal clerkship, he gained experience in several international law firms including in the corporate department of a law firm in Houston and Hong Kong. He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2022.
Maximilian is fluent in German and English.
