Sophia Niedermeier is an associate in the Corporate department of our Munich office. She focuses on corporate law as well as private equity and M&A transactions.
Sophia studied law at the University of Regensburg (law degree 2023). She was admitted to practice in Germany in 2026.
Since joining Weil, Sophia has advised, among others:
- Lone Star Funds on the €4 billion acquisition of ContiTech, a provider of specialized rubber and thermoplastic products and systems, from Continental AG
Sophia is fluent in German and English.
