Weil advised Cook Media Global in its acquisition of Fair Trade Services, a leading independent record label in the faith-based market. The transaction also included an upsizing of Cook Media Global’s existing credit facility with Pinnacle Bank.

Cook Media Global, founded in 1875 by David Caleb Cook, is a Christian publisher and music company with a substantial catalog of print and music titles, directly and through its subsidiaries, including Integrity Music.
