Biography
Elizabeth Doski is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Los Angeles. Elizabeth participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Prior to joining Weil, Elizabeth was an associate at another U.S. law firm.
Elizabeth received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she served as the Co-Chair of UCLA Law Women, and graduated with a Business Law & Policy Specialization. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Tulane University.
