Zhen Lin
Zhen Lin is an associate in Weil’s Patent Litigation practice, where she focuses on litigating patent disputes before U.S. district courts and the U.S. Patent Office.

Zhen has served on Weil teams representing clients in a variety of technical fields, including pharmaceuticals, biologics, and medical devices.

Zhen received her J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she served as the Director of Strategy and Associate Editor of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review and as a legal extern at the Structural Genomics Consortium. Zhen previously worked as a research assistant in the life sciences field and has published a number of peer-reviewed articles relating to breast cancer development. She received her M.S. from the University of Toronto, and her B.Sc. with Honors from the University of Guelph, where she graduated as a member of the Dean’s Honor List.
