Biography
Zain Syedain is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Zain participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Zain received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the NYU Journal of International Law and Politics and his B.A. in History and Political Science from Northwestern University.
