Yan Boistay is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Corporate Department. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions, both domestic and cross-border.
Yan graduated from Paris-Saclay University where he received a Masters’ degree in Business, Tax and Financial Market Law (Master 2 BTFML). He also received an LL.M. degree in Corporation Law from New York University School of Law.
Yan is a member of the Paris Bar and of the New York Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
