Valentine Dallery is an associate based in the Paris office. Her practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions. She joined the Firm in 2022.
Valentine graduated from the French business school EDHEC Business School (Programme Grande Ecole de Commerce, with honors, Dean's List) in 2021.
She also received a Master's degree in Business Law and Management (Master 2 - Business Law & Management, with honors, Valedictorian) from the Catholic University of Lille and obtained an LL.M in law and tax management from EDHEC Business School.
She is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English.
