Tom Yu is an associate in Weil’s Patent Litigation practice. He focuses on litigating competitor patent disputes in U.S. federal courts and investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
Tom has served on Weil teams representing Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in an infringement dispute with Novartis at the ITC regarding cutting-edge macular degeneration therapy, and Altria Group in a competitor dispute related to smoking cessation technology.
Tom received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Duke University Law School, where he was a member of the Duke Law & Technology Review. He holds a B.S. in material science from UCLA.
