Biography
Thomas Daley is an Associate in Weil’s London Private Funds Group. Thomas has extensive experience advising leading domestic and offshore alternative investment managers in connection with the structuring, formation, promotion and negotiation of their investment funds and associated carry structures across private equity, venture capital, credit, hedge, property, infrastructure and other alternative investment strategies. Thomas’ practice extends to advising investors in respect of their investments into such funds, both domestically and offshore.
