Simone Shuman is an associate in Weil’s Patent Litigation practice, where she focuses on litigating patent disputes before U.S. district courts and investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
Some of Simone’s recent experience includes working on Weil teams representing clients in a variety of technical fields, including electronic nicotine delivery systems products, pharmaceuticals and security systems.
Simone earned her J.D. from Cardozo School of Law, where she was a staff editor for the Cardozo International & Comparative Law Review. She received her B.A. from George Washington University.
