Biography
Keira Yang is an associate in Weil's Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Keira participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Keira received her J.D., magna cum laude and Order of Coif, from Fordham University School of Law, where she was also a Mary Daly Scholar. During Law School, Keira was Associate Editor for the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law. She received her LL.M. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her B.A. from Hangzhou City University.
