Biography
Micky Simon is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Micky participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Micky received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A., cum laude, from Colgate University.
