Biography
Marloes Zaman is counsel in the Private Funds Group of Weil’s London office.
Marloes specialises in advising on the establishment and operation of, and investment in, private funds, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds, as well as advising on carried interest and co-investment schemes and secondary transactions.
Prior to joining Weil, Marloes was part of the Funds & Investment Management group in the Amsterdam office of a magic circle firm. Marloes is dual qualified in the UK and the Netherlands.
