Biography
Julie Huber is an associate in Weil's Private Equity practice and is based in Boston. Julie participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Julie has been part of the teams advising:
- Cove Hill Partners in its acquisition of Incident IQ, LLC
- Goldman Sachs Growth Equity in its minority investment in Databricks, Inc.
- Providence Equity Partners in its acquisition of Modern Campus; and Tempo Music Holdings, LLC in the sale of Tempo Music Investments to Warner Music Group
- PSG and NoFraud LLC in its acquisition of YoFi, Inc.; and Tiugo Holdings, LP in its acquisitions of Uploadcare, Inc.
- Stripes, LLC in its investment in Databricks, Inc.
- TruArc Partners in its acquisition of Schill Grounds Management; and Trademark Cosmetics in its acquisition of Dimensional Merchandising, Inc.
Julie received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Ottawa and her B.COMM, with distinction, from the University of Toronto.
