Josh Harris is a Private Equity associate in London and specialises in advising on private equity and M&A transactions in the infrastructure sector. Josh advises, as part of a team, on domestic and cross-border transactions for private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
Prior to Josh’s legal career, he spent almost two years as an analyst in investment banking and later private equity, he founded and sold an e-commerce company and spent over seven years working for one of Australia's largest infrastructure companies.
