Biography
Jannik Duttlinger is an Associate in the Corporate department of the Frankfurt office. His practice focuses on cross-border private equity and M&A transactions.
Jannik studied law at the University of Heidelberg (law degree 2020) and the Universidad CEU San Pablo Madrid. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Karlsruhe with stations in the corporate and IP departments of two leading US and German law firms. He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2023.
Jannik is fluent in German and English and has a good knowledge of Spanish.
